My qualifications include experience as an on site Construction Superintendent and Job Expeditor with Innovative Nationwide Builders for retail store build outs. In this role, I was responsible for controlling every aspect of the build project as Superintendent; subs contractors, Mall regulations, scheduling inspections, scheduling deliveries and knowing blueprints of build. During my tenure, I work mostly with the retailer, Coach, as a result of my attention to detail and thorough communication. My understanding of the building process; from blueprints to permits, to organizing sub contractors will be an asset to you and your clients. I also have a full understanding of design and function.
